• Oversee a Service Management framework using KPIs and User Experience metrics to track Finance Admin performance and improve frameworks
• Conduct workshops with local Finance Managers to define AP/GL/AA KPIs and align targets with Finance Directors
• Enhance User Experience through surveys and meetings to maximize customer satisfaction
• Deploy and manage ServiceNow (SM tool) and other it tools
• Track Financial, Operational, and User Experience metrics
• Assist Global Process Owners in defining and improving end-to-end process models
• Manage global accounting providers, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and synergy across countries
• Support budget drafting by guiding affiliates to ensure accurate costs and consistent figures
• Organize and lead Operational Committees with Management Team
• Coordinate with global communications to promote the function
• Conduct benchmark analyses to identify best practices and improve the model
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, HR, Marketing, Treasury heads, Country Finance Directors, Accounting Managers, Group Controlling & Reporting, and Global Process Owners & Coordinators (AP/GL)
